Thank you all for your contributions and feedback, we just published the latest basic-cli release.

• better alignment or consistency of terminology across API's
• time now has types
• improved support for Streams and chunked API's to avoid materialising everything in memory at once
• OS specific API's
• improvements to Cmd and SQLite
• Windows no longer requires Visual C++ Build Tools (can someone please test and confirm :thank_you: )
• various bug fixes

I can confirm I did not have to do anything on Windows and it just worked, after 0.25.0 failing
