Hello all, just wanted to let you know I've upgraded my roc-platform-template-zig repository.

• Blank slate for Zig platform development
• Upgraded to purity-inference
• Added a nix flake, some examples, and CI tests (using nix)
• Pre-build both legacy and surgical hosts
• Includes instructions on generating platform Documentation
• Includes instructions on packaging into a URL for Distribution

Please let me know if you find any issues. I hope this helps people get started making platforms for roc.
