In the repo, can I put the langref folder in the docs folder? That feels like the right place for it.

Riight, new proposal:

• rename docs to CONTIBUTING, put CONTRIBUTING.md in there as README.md
• create new folder docs, move langref in there, together with mini-tutorial-new-compiler.md

It would be good to migrate the files from src\PROFILING to that new CONTRIBUTING directory too
