A big release for roc-parser focussed on fuzzing and oracles for correctness and spec conformance to 100%, adding comprehensive documentation (a lot of AI assistance for now -- so BETA docs), and performance tuning.

Some rough benchmarks against Rust, Go and Python

So roughly on-par with Rust's csv crate, slower than Go's encoding/csv and faster than Python.
