The mini tutorial section on expect still mentions that they are not stripped from --opt=speed builds. https://github.com/roc-lang/roc/blob/main/docs/mini-tutorial-new-compiler.md#expect-statements
As far as I can tell, they are now stripped, so probably worth updating the note if I’m not mistaken.

Note that it's also stated at https://roc-lang.org/friendly but I fixed that in PR #137
