When trying to run a RocRay example I get:

── ✗ linker failed ─────────────────────

The linker failed while building for target x64win.

Error: WindowsSDKNotFound

do I need the windows sdk to run it? If yes why? There is no mention of the windows sdk in the RocRay getting started guide
