Topic: ✔ Unable to install libc-dev on WSL

I'm unable to run roc test due to the requirement of libc, which I can't seem to install. My system is Ubuntu WSL on Windows 10, and I have been trying to run sudo apt install libc-dev binutils, sudo apt install libc-dev binutils --fix-missing for the last few days but to the same results:

Can you share the output of ping 91.189.91.82?

If that's all good i would execute:

sudo apt update

And try installing again
